The Kabacan District of the Seventh-day Adventist Church (“the District”, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, and how it is protected, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.
Information we collect
- Contact and prayer requests: the name, email, mobile number and message you choose to send.
- Membership profiling forms: family and member details entered in the Family Demographic Profile (such as names, birth dates, civil status, education, occupation, baptism and church involvement) and the church-level statistics in the Profiling Summary.
- Accounts: your name, email address and a securely hashed password if you register.
How we use it
Information is used only for church purposes: to reply to you, to pray for you, to keep accurate membership records, and to plan the ministry and programmes of the District and the South Central Mindanao Mission. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Submissions are visible only to authorised district staff: the District Pastor and church officers who have been given an administrator or editor account. Private prayer requests are seen only by the pastor and prayer team. Summary statistics may be shared with the South Central Mindanao Mission for official reporting.
Children’s information
Details about children are entered by a parent, guardian or church clerk as part of a family profile, and are used only for the church purposes described above.
Security and retention
The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and administrative areas require a signed-in account. Records are kept for as long as they are needed for church membership and reporting.

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you or your family. Please contact us and we will respond as soon as we can.
